Our service always begins with a preliminary consultation. Our specialist will talk with you regarding your worries and problem, and together with you, we will explain what data we will need from you in order to form treatment plans. We encourage you to come with your spouse to help ease your heart and to have transparency regarding our processes and the potential issues.

• For the mother, you will most likely have this talk with our obstetric and gynecology (obgyn) specialist.
• For the father, you will most likely have this talk with our andrology consultant specialist.

After getting a picture of what your needs and wants are, or understanding where the problems may be, our doctors will advise you on what we need to confirm to make sure our treatments go smoothly. This investigative process will mainly collect your medical data to help us formulate treatment plans for you, and all results will be kept with the utmost confidentiality.

The data collection process may include:

• Ultrasonography (USG) or transvaginal scanning (TVS)
• Lab checks
• Other supporting medical checkups

After analyzing the data from the investigation, our doctors will formulate a treatment plan that is best suited to your needs and wants. Usually, the treatments will either aim to improve your reproductive health or be a full-on assisted pregnancy program, of which we offer various methods with varying considerations. This is where IVF, IUI, or other programs comes into play.
